Guokun Casting, of Baoding Hebei is an ISO 9001-2015 registered iron and steel foundry & supplier of high quality stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy, bronze and machined castings used in power, mining, railway, agricultural, tillage, truck, automobile, pump, valve, motor, pipe fittings and gear industry.

Motor end covers are core precision structural parts for motors, requiring high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, good concentricity and stable mechanical performance. According to different product grades and batch requirements, we adopt two mature and professional casting processes: automatic sand casting and shell mold casting (Croning process), specially customized for iron motor end covers.

For mass-produced standard gray iron and ductile iron motor end covers, we apply a full-automatic sand casting production line. The whole process from sand mixing, molding, core setting, pouring to cooling and shakeout is intelligently controlled. This process features large output, stable batch consistency and low production cost. It effectively ensures uniform wall thickness, stable mounting hole tolerance and excellent overall flatness of conventional motor end covers, perfectly suitable for large-batch orders of general industrial motors, three-phase motors and household motors.

Processing of auto sandcastingline:

Automatic Sand Mixing → Intelligent Molding → Core Setting & Mold Closing → Auto Pouring → Constant Cooling & Solidification → Automatic Shakeout → Sand Reclamation → Casting Finishing & Inspection
