Cast Iron Motor End Cover | Clay Sand Static Pressure Line Casting Foundry

Cast iron motor end cover (motor end cap) is an essential structural component of electric motors. Clay sand static pressure molding line casting is an upgraded, high-efficiency sand casting process for grey iron and ductile iron motor end covers, widely trusted by motor OEM manufacturers.
For clay sand static pressure line casting, qualified bentonite clay sand is prepared first. The molding machine applies uniform static pressure to compact sand around the pattern, delivering consistent, high-density sand moulds. Sand cores are set for bearing seats and inner cavities. Molten cast iron is poured into the mould. After cooling and solidification, castings are shaken out, cleaned, fettled and inspected.
